Swapping caps with esc sounds like a wonderful idea for vim users. I often hear about using ctrl in the caps position but never esc. I always swap my alt/cmd key with ctrl on non-macOS systems so I have no desire to use ctrl where caps is.

Later on though.. I may breakdown my json config file more in my http://kinto.sh app up on github so that other slight variations on the mac keybind layout can be used. For now I can manually manage it, but I would like to make slight variations easily available to anyone without them having the muck about or needing additional hardware or a special keyboard.
